Julie started her career as an entrepreneur, founding and leading DC SCORES and AMERICA SCORES. Prior to RubyWell, she was the founding Chief Operating Officer of an insurance technology company. Julie holds a BA from Georgetown University, and an MPA from Harvard University.

Julie has helped care for her two grandmothers and best friend.

Michael Loeb is a serial entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Loeb.nyc, which boasts a portfolio of over 18 direct investments. He has helped form and incubate companies including Priceline.com, ScriptRelief, Fetch, and RubyWell. Michael sits on the board of several non-profit organizations and is an avid philanthropist.

Michael helped care for his dad.

Timmy earned a BFA from Syracuse University and has worked in the fashion, beauty and now financial health and literacy markets. With ample family caregiving experience under her belt, Timmy connects deeply with RubyWell families’ frustrations and goals. She harnesses this combination of empathy and insight to make the family caregiving journey more manageable.

Timmy has helped care for her grandmother, great aunt, and mom.

Suzanne joined RubyWell after leading content for several digital health start-ups, including Honor, a company innovating in the professional caregiving space. Prior to leading content, she spent a decade+ as an advertising copywriter and creative director. She earned a BS in Communications from Ithaca College.

Suzanne has helped care for her parents.

Prior to joining RubyWell, Naomi helped launch and operationalize new ventures at Loeb.nyc, from securing funding to onboarding first customers. At RubyWell, she builds product and operations systems that simplify complex benefit workflows for everyday Americans. Naomi holds a B.A. in Law, Jurisprudence & Social Thought from Amherst College.

She lived with and cared for her grandmother.

Lana Cohen joined RubyWell’s product leadership after previous stints leading product at Pearl Health and athenahealth. In addition to guiding RubyWell’s product team, she's also working with leadership to launch a new solution for Managed Medicare intended to dramatically reduce total cost of care home health patients. Lana holds an MBA from MIT Sloan.

Anna joined RubyWell following engineering roles at leading tech companies, most recently directing engineering for Bandcamp's global payments platform through multiple acquisitions. At RubyWell, Anna is architecting reliable, privacy-first technology that surfaces critical care insights while keeping human connection at the center of every interaction. Anna holds an M.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Victoria.

Oleh Krylivets is a Software Engineer specializing in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS serverless architectures. He holds a Master’s degree in Applied Mathematics (Computational Intelligence) and has architected scalable platforms for property management and healthcare. Outside of his professional career, Oleh supported his mother in caring for his two grandmothers.
