training covers the essential skills that home health aides use in their work. You'll have 24/7 access to the video lessons, practical guides, quizzes, and support. So you can learn at your convenience and at your pace.
It does not include the 16 hours of in-person, hands-on training that's required for home health aide certification.
Caring for a loved one
If the person you care for is eligible for covered home health services, RubyWell may be able to help you get certified and hired by one of our partner home health agencies as a paid member of your loved one's care team.
Caring for others
There's a shortage of professional home health aides in Arizona. So your training and experience are in high demand. If you'd like, RubyWell can refer you to one of our partner home health agencies. They can help you complete the 16 hours of in-person, hands-on training required for home health aide certification, then hire and pay you to provide home health services to their patients
If the person you care for is eligible for covered home health services, you could be hired to provide that care. RubyWell will prepare you for a conversation with your loved one's doctor about a home health referral order. Then RubyWell will match you and your loved one with one of our partner home health agencies. The agency can accept your loved one as a patient and help you complete the 16 hours of in-person, hands-on training required for home health aide certification. At that point, the agency can hire you to provide the covered home health services to your loved one.
